Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Federal Registrations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. You agree that by accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Services Overview
Federal Registrations provides federal contracting registration and certification services, including but not limited to:
- System for Award Management (SAM) registration and renewal
- Small business certification assistance (WOSB, EDWOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a))
- GSA Schedule contract application preparation
- FEMA vendor registration
- Related federal contracting compliance services
Important Disclaimer
Not a Government Agency: Federal Registrations is a private company and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency including the Small Business Administration (SBA), General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), or any other federal, state, or local government entity.
Free Self-Service Option: SAM registration can be completed for free at SAM.gov. Other certifications can be applied for directly through their respective agencies at no cost. Our services provide expert assistance, guidance, and management of these processes for a fee.
No Guarantee of Approval: While we provide professional assistance with applications and registrations, final approval decisions are made by the respective government agencies. We cannot guarantee approval of any application, registration, or certification.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for registrations and certifications
- Maintain the accuracy of your information and promptly update any changes
- Be legally authorized to represent your business and enter into this agreement
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Provide all requested documentation in a timely manner
Fees and Payment
Our services are provided for a fee as agreed upon at the time of engagement. Payment terms include:
- Fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
- Payment may be required in full or in installments as specified
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specifically stated in your service agreement
- Additional fees may apply for expedited services, rush processing, or complex cases
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
Service Delivery and Timeline
We strive to complete all services in a timely manner. However, processing times are ultimately determined by government agencies and are beyond our control. Estimated timelines provided are approximations based on typical processing times and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, incomplete client information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you are ineligible for a service and we discover this before beginning work, a full refund will be provided
- Partial refunds may be available in specific circumstances at our sole discretion
- Government agency fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Federal Registrations or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
We understand that you will provide sensitive business and personal information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it only for the purposes of providing our services, except as required by law or as necessary to submit applications to government agencies on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEDERAL REGISTRATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Delays or denials of applications by government agencies
- Errors or omissions in your provided information
- Changes in government regulations or requirements
- Unauthorized access to your information
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for such services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Federal Registrations and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also terminate this agreement by providing written notice and ceasing use of our services, subject to payment of all fees incurred.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Federal Registrations is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Federal Registrations regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
